ErthDev is looking for a UX Researcher to help teams understand users, validate assumptions, and reduce product risk before expensive build cycles.
You'll bring evidence into discovery and design decisions.
What you'll do
- Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Interview users and stakeholders with clear research goals.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Partner with UI/UX designers and product managers.
- Test prototypes and flows for usability issues.
- Map journeys, pain points, and opportunity areas.
- Communicate research outcomes to technical and business audiences.
- Help teams distinguish opinions from evidence.
- Build lightweight research practices suitable for project timelines.
- Contribute to ErthDev's humane, user-respecting design approach.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong UX research fundamentals.
- Experience running interviews, usability tests, or similar studies.
- Excellent synthesis and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work within project time constraints.
- Comfortable collaborating with design and product teams.
- Bias toward actionable insights over academic length.
- Strong listening and facilitation skills.
- Attention to ethics and participant care.
Experience with usability testing, journey mapping, surveys, analytics collaboration, and design-sprint research is a plus.
