At ErthDev, we build custom digital products for businesses across different industries. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and clients to understand the problem before designing the solution.
What you'll do
- Research and understand user needs and business requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Design responsive web and mobile experiences.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Build and maintain reusable design patterns and components.
- Work closely with engineers throughout implementation.
- Review implemented interfaces and ensure design quality.
- Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to ErthDev's design standards and processes.

Design and engineering work together throughout the product lifecycle.
You'll work closely with developers to understand technical constraints, iterate on solutions, and make sure the final product matches the intended experience.

What we're looking for
- Strong UI/UX fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design.
- Experience designing web and mobile products.
- Strong Figma skills.
- Understanding of responsive design.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability.
- Ability to create clear prototypes and user flows.
- Strong visual design skills.
- Ability to communicate and defend design decisions constructively.
- Strong attention to detail.
Experience with design systems, usability testing, UX research, prototyping, and developer handoff is a plus.
