ErthDev is looking for a Technical Writer to create clear documentation for products, APIs, handovers, and internal engineering knowledge.
You'll help clients and teams operate what we build.
What you'll do
- Write product documentation, guides, and handovers.
- Document APIs and integration instructions.
- Create runbooks and operational references with engineering.
- Turn technical discussions into usable written material.
- Improve information architecture of docs sites and knowledge bases.
- Edit for clarity, accuracy, and audience fit.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, and support teams.
- Maintain documentation quality through release cycles.
- Identify documentation gaps before they become support incidents.
- Help establish documentation standards at ErthDev.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Excellent technical writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to understand software systems with engineer guidance.
- Strong structure, grammar, and clarity.
- Experience writing developer or product documentation.
- Comfortable working with APIs and technical diagrams.
- Strong attention to accuracy.
- Ability to ask clarifying questions.
- Discipline around keeping docs current.
Experience with docs-as-code, Markdown, OpenAPI, Notion/GitBook/ReadMe, and developer portals is a plus.
