ErthDev is looking for a Business Analyst to turn client needs into clear, testable requirements and shared understanding across delivery teams.
You'll sit between business stakeholders and engineering—making ambiguity discussable before it becomes expensive.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery conversations with clients and stakeholders.
- Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map processes, workflows, and edge cases.
- Challenge assumptions and clarify success metrics.
- Support prioritization with product and project managers.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthroughs.
- Maintain requirement traceability through delivery.
- Support UAT planning and validation.
- Translate business language into engineering-ready specifications.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and scope risks early.
