ErthDev is looking for a Motion Designer to create purposeful motion for product interfaces, brand content, and campaign storytelling.
You'll help make interactions clearer and brand moments more memorable.
What you'll do
- Design motion for UI interactions and product storytelling.
- Create animated assets for web, social, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and graphic designers on cohesive visual systems.
- Prototype micro-interactions and transitions.
- Prepare production-ready motion assets for engineering and content teams.
- Maintain consistency with ErthDev brand and product design language.
- Optimize motion for performance and accessibility considerations.
- Iterate quickly from feedback and briefs.
- Contribute to motion guidelines and reusable patterns.
- Support launch and campaign creative with timed visual narratives.

What we're looking for
- Strong motion design portfolio.
- Experience with After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of timing, easing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design for both brand and product contexts.
- Collaboration skills with design and engineering.
- Attention to performance and clarity.
- Ability to turn briefs into finished motion assets.
- Strong taste and detail orientation.
Experience with Lottie/Rive handoff, UI micro-interactions, product demos, and social motion formats is a plus.
