ErthDev is looking for a Flutter Developer to build cross-platform mobile applications that are reliable, polished, and maintainable.
You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver apps that perform well on both iOS and Android.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
- Implement UI from designs with high fidelity and good UX judgment.
- Integrate with backend APIs and local storage where needed.
- Manage app state and navigation cleanly.
- Improve performance, startup time, and runtime stability.
- Handle platform-specific considerations when necessary.
- Write tests for critical mobile flows.
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers throughout delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and mobile engineering standards.
- Support release preparation and store-related delivery workflows.

What we're looking for
- Strong Flutter and Dart experience in production apps.
- Understanding of mobile UI patterns and responsive layouts.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with state management approaches in Flutter.
- Understanding of app performance and debugging tools.
- Comfortable collaborating with design and backend teams.
- Good Git and release hygiene.
- Attention to detail in motion, spacing, and interaction quality.
Experience with Riverpod/Bloc, Firebase, deep linking, CI for mobile, App Store / Play Console workflows, and native platform channels is a plus.
