A growing software house needs financial clarity as much as shipping velocity.
ErthDev is looking for a Finance Specialist to support accounting operations, project financials, invoicing discipline, and reporting as the company scales.
You'll help leadership see the numbers clearly and keep commercial operations tidy.
What you'll do
- Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment follow-up processes.
- Track project and retainer financials with operations and delivery leads.
- Prepare recurring financial reports for leadership.
- Maintain vendor, contractor, and payroll-related financial records as assigned.
- Help improve expense and approval workflows.
- Support budgeting and forecasting inputs.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and organized.
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when needed.
- Identify process gaps in financial operations.
- Protect confidentiality and financial data carefully.
