ERP succeeds when processes are understood—not when every module is enabled.
ErthDev is looking for an ERP / Odoo Consultant to help clients design, implement, and adopt ERP workflows that match real business operations.
You'll bridge process discovery, configuration, customization coordination, and rollout.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery workshops around finance, inventory, sales, and operations processes.
- Configure Odoo (or comparable ERP) modules to fit client workflows.
- Map gaps between standard ERP capabilities and custom needs.
- Coordinate with developers on justified customizations.
- Support data migration and cutover planning.
- Train users and prepare adoption materials.
- Identify process risks and change-management needs.
- Document configurations and operating procedures.
- Support post-go-live stabilization.
- Protect scope from unnecessary ERP complexity.

What we're looking for
- Practical ERP implementation experience (Odoo preferred).
- Strong business-process analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate with both operations and technical teams.
- Experience configuring modules and workflows.
- Understanding of data migration and go-live risks.
- Strong workshop facilitation and documentation.
- Change-management awareness.
- Commercial judgment about scope and customization.
Experience with Odoo Accounting/Inventory/Sales/CRM, ERP rollouts, UAT, and business process redesign is highly valuable.
