Engineering management is people, systems, and delivery—held together with judgment.
ErthDev is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineers across projects, strengthen delivery culture, and help the company scale without losing quality.
You'll own team health, performance, hiring support, and the operating rhythms that keep client work on track.
What you'll do
- Manage and support a group of engineers across projects.
- Run 1:1s, feedback cycles, and growth conversations.
- Partner with Tech Leads and Project Managers on delivery health.
- Improve engineering processes without creating bureaucracy.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance standards.
- Resolve cross-team blockers and escalation paths.
- Protect focus time and sustainable delivery pace.
- Translate company goals into team priorities.
- Coach engineers on communication and ownership.
- Report clearly on capacity, risk, and people needs.

- Understanding of software delivery in client or product environments.
- Ability to balance people care with delivery accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams.
- Practical conflict-resolution skills.
- Enough technical grounding to earn engineering trust.
Experience in software houses, digital agencies, or multi-client engineering organizations is a strong advantage.
