We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build and improve the infrastructure and delivery systems behind our products.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and operational workflows.
- Manage containerized applications and infrastructure.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Improve deployment reliability and developer experience.
- Implement infrastructure monitoring and observability.
- Manage environments and configuration safely.
- Improve infrastructure security and access controls.
- Investigate infrastructure and production incidents.
- Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, security, and product teams.
- Document infrastructure and operational procedures.
DevOps at ErthDev
We don't see DevOps as a separate team that developers throw applications over the wall to.
Infrastructure and delivery are part of engineering.
We use Trunk-Based Development, which means our CI/CD systems need to provide fast and trustworthy feedback.
Our goal:

with as little unnecessary manual work as possible.

What we're looking for
- Strong Linux fundamentals.
- Practical DevOps experience.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging.
- Understanding of security principles for infrastructure and deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to automate repetitive operational tasks.
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Infrastructure as Code is a plus.
